What an amazing product! I will drink this stuff now over any flavored beverage on a daily basis, several times a day. It keeps me hydrated during my workouts, and provided less researched but just as effective Amino acid sequences around the clock. I cant speak for other flavors but the blue ras is unbelievable. I suggest purchasing 2 once you know you like it, or if your lucky get your hands on a 60 serving size as Its so good, you WILL use it.

This product does do what it claims in my estimation, though one must be in tune with his or her body to notice. This product is subtle in the way it works, so one should be paying close attention to their gains in their work out program.I really loved the price I paid here thru Amazon!

Check the labels carefully. Does not include every thing Im looking or in an Amino Acid mix which is completely understandable. Decdnt recovery, mild energy boost. For myself personally...."It takes dynamite to get me up"

This stuff gets me pumped before every work out. I never go to the gym without it.
