American Bock Home Brewing Ingredient Kit

American Bock is a lighter version of a traditional German Bock, but not a light by far! We combine Dark Crystal, Victory and a touch of Black Patent malt with amber malt extract to produce a full flavor and rich color. The Crystal and Spalt hops lend an authentic German flavor without overpowering the wonderful malt character.
