These are very comfortable and I love the way they breathe. I wish they were slightly higher rise as they are a slightly tight fit for diapers but work ok. They are brand new so I cannot attest to the durability.

Very happy with these for my mom! They hold up well to repeated washing. I also like the fact that the elastic is covered with the fabric so it protects the skin better. When using these, care-givers have to be very careful about the potential for skin breakdown because of moisture staying in. Be sure to check the skin VERY well, including the thighs. If you see redness, you may want to not use these for a day or so.They do WORK. My mom has to wear 2-3 pairs of depends AND extra pads. She is sooo worried about leakage and smell. These "plastic pants" have given her such peace of mind about leaving her room in Assisted Living, or going out for appointments, or even over-night.

I bought these as an alternative to plastic pants. I liked the color choices. I wear these to bed over a thick disposable diaper with booster pad. Because I tend to "flood" when I wet, I was very happy when I wet right through my diaper and this garment kept my sheets perfectly dry. So I am satisfied with the product's overall performance. There are, however, drawbacks. The description says that this is a "slimmer" design. I was hoping it was something that would hold my diapers close to my body. It just doesn't do that. It's bulky, loose, and not very discrete. It still makes quite a bit of noise as far as protective undergarments go; think "flappy raincoat" noise and you'll get the idea. I get a better fit and much less noise from my Leakmaster snap-on plastic pants, believe it or not! I just wouldn't wear these out and about over my diapers under clothing or anything. The biggest drawback, though, is the leg elastics. OUCH! I only wear these to bed. I couldn't imagine how much pain I'd be in if I wore them for anything more active than sleeping. By morning, my inner thighs are raw and red just from the friction of the leg gathers. I suppose they need to be somewhat tight to prevent leaks, but holy moley! Anyway, I bought 3 pairs and will probably continue to use them for nighttime wear only but I will not be buying any more.

This product does not work for us. however the seller is super nice. the first one received was SO big it could fit an entire infant baby in it! I tried to return via amazon. Seller emailed us offering a free replacement with a smaller size. They took measurement. 2nd one arrived reasonably quick and fits well. However it does not hold well. we still ended up with a soaked bed :( That was the last time we used this product.
