I used one generous coat on our old koi pond of 2400 gallons and it sealed up all the hairline cracks and looks excellent. you only have about 40 minutes to apply the mixed paint so be ready to move quickly.

excellent but you have to work quick. this is epoxy so follow the instructions. I have a 15x10x3ft cement pond. I poured it one thick and it sealed the pond wonderfully. Like smooth class surface.

Well I know this stuff is hit or miss, I wanted to use this to fix some cracks in my pond, I ordered the stuff which came faster than expected however it appeared it had been open and or used? I did not see any safety seal around the 2 gallon bucket and same with the gallon material. 2 gallon bucket appeared to have been at the very least opened prior as there was already some hardening on the top layer. I found this out once weather was not in the 100+ mark. Decided not to chance using something that may or may not be usable especially with expensive fish that need to get out of small holding tubs. So decided to just put a entire 25x50 liner over the entire pond and get my fish back in. Could this of worked?? Hard for me to say but at $500+ one would think quality control would be a bit better. Returned to Amazon today

I built a koi pond 15 years ago it started off at apro. 8k gal. and I started off using drylok which did not work well at all cleaned it off and used another epoxy mix that when dry was as hard as a rock, that I have to say was the best lasted about 3 years but when concrete cracks so will it bonded really well also. The I went the other way and used SANI-TRED, don't use did not last a year and I do follow direction. Concreted about 3 to 4 inches on top of everything smooth as a babys butt no cracks looked the best it has ever looked followed direction of pond amor of waiting 28 days after pouring concrete used acid wash had to rinse and dry made sure is was dry then stared with my first batch $545.00 did not go far before stated to harden, ok maybe my fault mixing to much, call pondarmor itself and said I had to sand about 2 inches over so it would stick I sand a little more so it would accept it better. I'll go ahead and get to why a 1 star it will not cover nearly enough if you put it as thick as they say also if it is thin in a place it will tear and this stuff is like a pond liner if it gets a hole somewhere it is worthless water will get under it and that's it. Also it does not again does not penetrate the concrete you can start pulling on it and it will come off with out to much problem until it tears. I spent over a thousand on this 6 gal. and does not work, maybe for a bird bath or if you could some way put it about an inch thick, but like I said this is like painting on a liner that will tear very easily if not really thick and it just lays on top of the concrete it does stick a little but not much. My pond went from I am proud of what I created to a mess. thought I would share this to help others.
