So let me start off by saying 9 year olds and laptops are not a good mixture. Arrghhh, I wanted to smash his xbox just like he smashed the computer. Anyway, after I concluded everything else was fine and needed to replace the screen, I easily found the model on Amazon using the laptop model # and waited for the delivery. Once it came I went to youtube and looked up the "how to replace" (which I confirmed was there PRIOR to ordering), and proceeded to change the screen out. I powered the unit on and we were back in business. The toughest part is the small little screws at the joint of the laptop lid but persistance pays off and they're actually easier to get back in than out. This was a great purchase, very affordable compared to going to a repair place and paying for consultation, retail for the screen and the repair. I saved myself 100-150 bucks by ordering and replacing myself. Order with confidence and easily fix your laptop quickly with enough time to go back and smash your 9 year olds xbox.

The screen is ok but is not working correctly. Is too light and I can’t barely see the images. I will try to troubleshoot the issue. Also, it took forever to get here.

I received the screen in about two business days. The installation process went flawlessly. (I also received the glossy finish, rather than the matte, which is what I was hoping for). I definitely recommend this screen.
