PHILIPS Noodle Maker Attachment 0.8mm Sheet HR2435 / 01 HR243501

It makes the perfect thick for ravioli, dumplings and lasagna sheets. I am from Europe, so when I purchased my pasta maker it came whith different shapes disks. Unfortunately the lasagna sheet disk was too thick (1.2mm: useless for this purpose), so I decided myself to purchase this disc that comes from japan and that is just 0.8mm and I sooooo glad! it is just the perfect complement for your machine

It does what it says - extrudes thinner pasta than the standard 1.2 mm disc supplied with the Philips pasta maker. It is billed as a dumpling / lasagne sheet disc, I have only tried twice for dumpling skin, first time using 250g flour (Tipo 00 12.5% protein) + 90ml water as recommended on the Philips.co.jp package. The skin is too dry, very hard to seal and splits easily. Next try 250g flour (Italian Manitoba 14% protein) + 100 ml water (Philips.com. recipe is 95ml water). Still too dry.Traditional Chinese dumpling skin recipes uses much higher hydration (48% to as much as 65% hydration depending on whether dumplings will be fried or boiled), standard Philips extruder uses 38% hydration. I will increase hydration gradually in future attempts to push the hydration limit before Philips fails to extrude (if it is too wet Philips cannot extrude, too dry Philips will stall). I don't know at this point whether extruded dumpling skin can compete with hand rolled or machine rolled skin.Have not tried lasagne, here my interest is to see if 0.8mm sheet has better mouth feel than 1.2mm sheets without parboil before lasagne assembly.

This is the disc the Philips machine should have come with. The default sheet pasta disk is just too thick. This makes a nice thin delicate potsticker\ravioli cover that allows you to taste what is in your creation instead of just the noodle wrapping it. Must have for every philips machine owner.

This worked wonderfully to make lasagna noodles. I will also be able to use this to make sheet pasta for my ravioli press. Very pleased.

Ridiculous price cost more than the machine

Exactly what I needed. Not really any noticeably smaller than the one that came with the unit. Nice to have.

これは、私がずっと欲しかった商品です。餃子の皮を作りたくて、以前から色々なサイトを検索し探し求めていた商品でした。何度となく出会えて居ましたが値段が高く私の手に届きませんでした。なのでトルティーヤの器具で餃子の皮を作って居ました。しかし、餃子の皮のサイズに段ボールを丸くカットして作る手間が厄介に感じ再び検索しこの中古品に出会えました。やっと会えたねって感じで、とても嬉しかったです。又、商品の状態も良好です。未だ餃子の皮は、作っておりませんが、問題なく出来る自信が有ります。餃子の皮より先にラザニア作りにトライしたい気持ちもアリアリです。作るのが楽しみです。ありがとうございました。

生地の硬さによって、最初の押し出しが不安定になる。何度か使っているうちに、程よい生地の割合が解ってくると思うが、全体的には心地よい使い勝手だと思う。

思ったよりかなり厚め。厚さの調整はできない。ラザニアにちょうどよいかも。シート状なので、よくある餃子の皮のように丸くありません。丸く切るとあまりがもったいないので、四角く切って包んでみました。もっちりもちもち餃子ができました。

餃子の皮を作るために購入しましたが、波状になってしまい、何度かやり直すことに。ラザニアなら問題ないんですが。麺を作ったときほどの驚き、感動はありませんでした。

大満足です！海外で使っているので、水加減を調整しなければなりませんが、味が日本のヌードルで最高です‼️
