This is a great starter kit for anyone wanting to make candles. It has everything needed to get you started, My husband had mentioned maybe starting to make or own since everything is getting more expensive, so I bought this for us to start with. Definably stay with any older children or young teens to supervise as hot wax will burn fast. A steady hand is needed for pouring and melted wax is a little heavier than when it's solid. One thing we have started doing is saving old candle jars for reuse as we have been doing more. It's definitely good DIY project. But I would definitely put down wax paper or foil or something where you are pouring into containers in case of spills. That way you can peel the wax off to remelt and not have to scrape it off the countertop and scratch the surface up. Overall, we got a good buy as I had been watching for it to be on sale and when the price dropped, I jumped on it. Since there is no color additive, that's not an issue, but you can buy dye to use. Everything is included so it's a great buy for getting started.

I am absolutely thrilled with this candle making kit! As a beginner, I was a bit skeptical about trying my hand at candle making, but this kit made the process incredibly easy and fun. The kit arrived promptly and was beautifully packaged. The instructions were clear and concise, and the materials provided were of excellent quality. I loved the variety of fragrances and colors included - it was hard to choose just one! The candle making process itself was surprisingly relaxing and enjoyable. I found myself getting completely absorbed in the activity! The finished candles are stunning - the scents are rich and inviting, and the colors are vibrant and even. I've already given one as a gift, and the recipient loved it! This kit is the perfect place to start!

For a beginner like myself this kit is amazing. Everything, and I do mean everything, I would need to try my hand at candle making. It was extremely well packaged and the price was excellent when I saw all the goodies it came with. I'm excited to see what I can create.

Bought for my 11yo as Easter gift. I would be hesitant to let her use by herself initially since the heating element could definitely burn her or anything else around if not paying close attention. Easy to use. Instructions were clear. Came with plenty of supplies for making plenty of candles. I would say you have more scents/colors/petals than you will use for the amount of wax that is provided. We did not use a full amount of essential oil per bag of melts and the candles still smelled wonderful. My daughter had fun creating scents and writing out the labels. Be cautious in how much of the petals are used in the candles so that you don’t accidentally start a small fire while burning your new candles like I did 😅. I would recommend this product for those interested in learning to make candles.

I bought this as a gift for my mother this past christmas and I ended up giving it to her a few days before because we were both sitting at the table bored. When she opened it, her face lit up, as she has been wanting to start making candles but hasn't had the means to. She opened the box and started looking at everything and getting it set up as she read the instructions and asked me if I wanted to give it a go. We spent a few hours making candles, listening to music and enjoying quality time. There is a lot that comes in this kit so you will have enough to do to keep you busy for at least a couple hours. There were fresh rose buds and lavender, as well as a handful of others that you can decorate your candles with. There were 6 fragrance oils that you can use to make scented candles. There was a decent amount of wax beads to start which filled all the candle tins and we still had some left over. There was a total of 10 tins I think. And it also came with labels and warning labels. Overall a great gift, a great hobby, and very therapeutic. I highly recommend whether it be for you or a loved one/friend. Definitely a great purchase and you won't regret it.

I was intimidated at first not knowing anything about candle making, but everything was straight forward and pretty easy to construct candles! The dyes didn't work too well, but overall its a nice set up. I recommend.

Great kit for beginners but i wouldnt say complete they left out my little stove 😞

The box includes everything necessary and with quality to make candles and startyour business. The perfume oils smells good and 5 packs of beeswax is more then sufficient to make beautiful candles. What I liked the most is the clear instructions and everything is user friendly. The stove is smaller then expected and too much fumes (toxic smell) comes out of the stove when burning the wax therefore I recommend not to use it in a small room without a window. Overall it's a great package.
