I'm not quite 40 but I figured this is better than the popular multivitamin i was taking. (Men's 1 uh day) I have nothing against the popular brands, I just wanted something with more vitamins and minerals. And so far it's great. I'll most likely continue purchasing this bottle before I run out.

This is a great product and considerably cheaper than GNC multivitamins. For those who can’t stomach the taste, these are not Flintstones children’s vitamins and are not meant to taste like candy.

I just bought my second bottle after going through the first 90 days to see if I actually needed it and it made a difference. As of late in life, I can personally attest to the fact I haven't been eating the best and haven't had enough of a balanced diet to the point it makes my overall energy and mood on life peak. I have also largely let myself go not only just because of a knee injury but also working a very sedentary work-from-home job so most of what I've been doing is rebuilding and decided that with my previous 15 years working out consistently, I knew from experience what I probably should have and took these up and wanted to know if my energy and mood got better even if it was marginal. I can definitely say that it is noticeable when I don't take it on the days I missed and when I do take it along with my other supplements I am dragging a bit harder. Doing number 2 in the bathroom is also easier even though I could work on getting more fiber in life and also just working out to naturally go more on cue. I don't think I'll keep taking it down the road once I get back to a place where I'm more consistent with diet and fitness but if you're in a recovery phase and just maybe rebuilding in life, please consider this product. It's probably one of the best-priced multivitamins for men on the market in comparison to the companies that overcharge for cheap quality.
