I like the flavor and the consistency even though it gives me hurt burns it has a great taste.

This has to be the best flavor from all GU gels I’ve tasted but the consistency is very overpowering. If you’re a mouth breather it’s very difficult to pass these through without assistance of water. In cold weather it’s not very viscous but overall it’s better value over the other name brand gels.

good flavor, calories, no complaints its what i wanted. gu is on the thicker side of gel viscosities but as long as youre not cotton mount trying to down 3 packs at once youll be fine with a sip of water. never tried the flavor before but i like it although i am biased towards anything raspberry for the most part. worth mentioning the gu liquid lemonade is so dam good on a hot summer day too when you dont want a thicker gel consistency. 10/10 for gu 9/10 for what i prefer in a gel
