Love this machine. After I use it, I feel lighter as I walk around. Definitely is working to loosen up muscles and get things moving! Use it everyday.

I believe this unit is incredible, but it is definitely for an age group. What age group that is. I’m not sure. But I’m 64 and my son had a stand next to me, so I wouldn’t you know vibrate of it. The intensity isn’t saying I’ve had several women get on top of it and not want to get off of it. You figured that part up but other than that. It’s a great item. I’m just returning it because I realize I was too old for it at 64. I need something more gentle, but it made very strong. Comes in beautiful colors and it’s very powerful. Very strong unit.

I have to admit, I was on the fence to even purchase this item. I'm glad I took the plunge. The vibration plate is quiet in operation and gives a good overall workout by relaxing stiff muscles. If you find it too intense with the overall vibration on your body, just bend your legs slightly. Same workout but less intense on your head and neck.
