Love the valve

It works, but leaks.
It leaks a few drops during the immersion process. It is quite annoying and disconcerting to see. I ended up getting the original and genuine "Switch" by Hario.

Consistently Perfect Pour Over
This device makes excellent coffee. Very easy to follow instructions. My only complaint is with the volume of coffee that it produces. I tend to make a 16 oz cup. Which takes a double process.

I am reviewing: BeeCa Clever Coffee Dripper｜One-Touch Switch Control｜French Press Soak & Fast Release｜Borosilicate Glass+BPA-Free｜Easy Clean Hybrid System for Beginners This little pour over dripper makes a small cup of coffee. If you like a 24oz cup in the morning, this isn't for you. The device has a sturdy and well finished upper section. The lower section is made of what feels like rubber. It all looks and feels clean and has no odor. There is a small stainless ball that must be installed in the bottom of the dripper. It simply drops into the hole to block the coffee from leaving the basket. I use the size 2 brown filters. They fit pretty well with a bit of extra space. I have given the device three stars because it works to make a small cup of coffee. The missing two stars are deducted for the lever that raises and lowers the metal ball. It can easily pop out of position. It is also very easy to accidentally let the coffee run inadvertently. That one thing is, to me, worth those two stars. Use this product with a drip mat beneath it or you'll get to clean up a mess before you've had your coffee.
