JL Audio 15 Inch Foam Speaker Repair Kit FSK-15JL (Pair)

do not buy this for JL Audio speakers. some idiot on here apparently use it on his 15 w3v2 and I can tell you for a fact that this surround is is much cheaper and much narrower than the factory surround. on top of that I had to get two so now I'm stuck with two useless thin cheap surrounds. JL Audio would never use something this cheap on their products. so I will not disgrace my sub by trying to put it on. I plan to order the heavy duty surround made of rubber. hopefully it's a little closer to what I actually need because this definitely will not do it.seems like this company is as good at making surrounds as they are at product description. and I can't return it.

I bought a cheap knock off of this surround foam and it didn't fit. This one fit perfectly. The surround foam is a little softer than the original but it still fit and works good. I'm glad they got to me so fast after ordering. Also glad they come in pairs even though I only needed one, cause see I was afraid that I was going to mess up gluing it to the speaker cone, but it turned out really well and my JL Audio 15w3v2 is bumping hard again!

JL's are the best. I have had my subs for over 10 years. This is a great way to freshen them up. They are like brand new now.

This is not a JL audio product. It is very undersized and feels cheap. This product may fit the subwoofer but it will severely limit the subwoofers excursion and cause linearity issues which will ruin your voice coil. Do not buy this product for JL replacement surrounds. I bought one and had it sent back same day. It is very very cheap and thin, not to mention I had to cough up eight bucks return shipping. This looks like a one dollar surround you would find on a tower speaker in your grandpa's basement, definitely not up to specs. Very very disappointed.
