| Warranty Description | Aside from the exceptions noted below, kichler lighting warrants that landscape lighting products whose model numbers begin with the numbers 15 will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. The exceptions are: low voltage design pro led for residential use for 15 years or 40,000 hours, whichever comes first, on the light engine and all other electrical components. These same products for commercial use for 10 years or 40,000 hours, whichever comes first, on the light engine and all other electrical components; low voltage landscape lighting fixture brass, copper and stainless steel housings, and the product exterior finishes on them, for 15 years. The natural patina that occurs on brass and copper is not a defect; low voltage landscape lighting aluminum housings, and the product exterior finishes on them, for 5 years; hid ballasts warranted for 2 years; bulbs carry no warranty; painted transformers limited 10 years; stainless steel transformers limited lifetime of original purchaser warranty. The parties hereto expressly agree that purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy against kichler lighting shall be for the repair, replacement, or refund of defective products as provided herein. This warranty is not transferable whether to heirs, subsequent owners, or otherwise. this warranty does not cover labor or other costs or expenses to remove or install any defective, repaired or replaced product. Goods which may be sold by kichler lighting but which are not manufactured by kichler lighting are not warranted by kichler lighting, but are sold only with the warranties, if any, of the manufacturers thereof. This warranty does not apply to any products that have been subjected to misuse, mishandling, misapplication, improper voltage connection, unusual use, neglect, accident, improper installation, improper packaging of products returned to kichler lighting, modification, or adjustment or repair. |

Bright, very sturdy construction
I'd recommend this highly. You can but cheap lights at Home Depot and they work just fine. This light will last a long time and is very very sturdy

Kichler provides no customer support
Caution shoppers. I purchased this light along with the hood and it came without a needed screw. So, if you are buying this or any Kitchler product, proceed with caution. They will likely provide you no support. Below is a case and point of how Kichler supports its customers. Really, they only manufacture two screws at a time and nothing more in the event of need. Replacement light source not available
I purchased two of these landscape lights in early 2022. Recently, one of the lights failed, which seemed highly unusual for a fixture with LEDs. I tried to find a replacement LED, but I was told that this model has been discontinued and a replacement LED is unavailable. The manager of the light showroom noted that this model has a 10-year warranty and that I should contact Kichler directly. The light fixture is great, but I am disappointed that a discontinued product would be sold.

These LED lights put out a lot of light. Easy to install and will hopefully last a long time. Received in good shape and in timely manner.

This light flickers. It is in a string of ...
This light flickers. It is in a string of 8 of them and this is the only one that flickers. Some times it lights fully, other times very dimly. It has been installed and re-installed and moved to other spots in the line and it is very clear this unit, not the installation or wiring. Bummer, because it is passed the return/refund period - it started happening 60 days after I bought it - so I am basically stuck with a $100+ fixture that does not work.
