These universal Hardtop Stands allow convenient vertical storage of your precious convertible hardtop. Our latest design includes a securing harness, which provides stability whilst maneuvering the hardtop on its storage cart. Supplied with double-wheel, lockable castors and support padding, these carts work exceptionally well with heavy hardtops, and are an ideal storage solution. The complimentary cover is a generic fit and sized to cover your hardtop on its storage cart. This large sized cover fits the larger tops like the Mercedes, Cadillac Allante and Thunderbird hardtops. If you own a smaller hardtop then our regular sized cover and cart package will be better suited. Please note self-assembly of the stand is required. Hardtop not included! Fits the following convertible vehicles: CADILLAC Allante FORD Thunderbird (1955 to 1957 & 2002 to 2005) MERCEDES R107 SL Class (1971 to 1989, includes 280SL, 300SL, 350SL, 380SL, 420SL, 450SL, 500SL gray import, 560SL) MERCEDES R129 SL Class (1989 to 2002, includes 300SL, SL320, 500SL, SL500, 600SL, SL600) MERCEDES W113 SL Class (1963 to 1971, includes 230SL, 250SL, 280SL), MERCEDES W198 SL Class (1957 to 1963, 300SL) MERCEDES W121 SL Class (1955 to 1963, 190SL) If your vehicle isn't listed, or you need help selecting the correct item then please let us know. We're here to help. This stand is not compatible with the TRIUMPH TR6 without the addition of 2" of extra padding on the bottom frame to raise it up. There is not enough ground clearance on this stand to accommodate the "winged" part of the hardtop. Our cart with 5” diameter castors will suit these hardtops. Please note that this stand is NOT compatible with the Wrangler or Gladiator hardtops. This is a significantly different shape and size to a sports car hardtop.
